1. Are Jafferjees products made of real leather?
Yes. All our products are fabricated in top quality real leather.
2. When will Jafferjees launch a new collection?
We usually launch a new collection twice a year. Our Spring/Summer collection launches around May/June of every year and our Fall/Winter Collection launches in November/December. To get timely updates, please follow us on Facebook and Instagram. You can also subscribe instore or through our website to receive updates from us.
3. Are the products offered online different from those available in Jafferjees stores?
No, however, we generally carry a wider selection in our stores. If you want to order any product that you have seen in one of our stores but are unable to find it online, please write to us at [email protected].
4. What is Personalization?
Personalization refers to the process of embossing a name on your leather products. Jafferjees can emboss any name on product(s) purchased from our stores or website. We are able to personalize almost all of our products with very few exceptions due to space limitations. You can choose from a variety of font styles. Personalization services are provided without any additional cost.
5. Will the color of my purchase be exactly the same as shown on website?
We try our best to accurately portray the colors of all our products online. However, colors may vary due to the resolution of your computer screen. As well, leather is a natural product and minor deviations in color are possible. In fact, they show the genuineness of the material.
6. How do I place my order?
You can place your order as a registered user or even as a guest user. Just go to your favorite product and click on ‘Buy Now’. This will open a pop-up window for personalization. You need to type your text and choose the font style, font effect and placement. You can then go to your cart and proceed to checkout. On the checkout page, you will need to add your personal details and shipping information.
7. What should I expect once my online order is placed?
You will receive a confirmation email which will contain your order details. This email should arrive within a few minutes. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] or send us a message on our business WhatsApp no. +971 50 614 1360 as your order may not be placed.
8. What if I have forgotten my order number?
In case if you have misplaced your order number, please send an email to [email protected] or send us a message on our business WhatsApp no. +971 50614 1360. Please include your full name, mailing address, email address and the date you placed the order.
9. What is the delivery time for online orders?
Please allow a maximum of 5 working days for deliveries in UAE.
10. What kind of payments do you accept?
The Jafferjees UAE website accepts the following payment method:
- credit/ debit card (master card/visa).
- and cash on delivery (for UAE only).
12. How do I track my order?
You can track your order anytime by logging into your account and clicking on ‘Track my Order’.
13. How do I change or cancel my order?
If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please write to us at [email protected] or send us a message on our business WhatsApp no. +971 50 614 1360 immediately after placing the order. Please note that it is not possible to change or cancel your order after it has been personalized.
14. How are items packaged for online orders?
We pack each item carefully in a cloth bag and a kraft box. Each online order is wrapped in our signature gift wrapping and ribbon. All these services are provided free of charge.
